The Monashee Inn is unique in that each unit has an outside entrance. Also, there is a spacious lobby, which is a welcome place to visit.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
