More Information

Please Note that towels are not supplied in the condo. Guests are asked to supply their own. Coin operated washer and dryer, common swimming pool, hot tub, and racket ball court. Attached deck overlooks swimming pool. Board games supplied in suite. This unit is located on the 3rd floor, and is not above the restaurant or the bar area.

• One hour drive from Kelowna Airport to Big White.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55 minute drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 'Perfection' ski run is immediately beside the complex, you can ski/board directly in and out, and start your day at the Ridge Rocket or Plaza Chair.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It takes about 2 minutes to the village (Restaurants, shops). 1 block away from neighbourhood pub called Snowshoe Sams. There is a restaurant and a restaurant/pub located in Das Hofbrauhaus complex.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Renters are responsible for any Bylaw fines that may be issued if they or their guests are responsible for the Bylaw violation while an occupant of this unit. Renters will also be resposible for any damage to the unit.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
