Distances
• There is a regular daily shuttle bus from Kelowna International Airport to and from Big White. The cost is $39 per person one way. To drive by car takes about 40 mins.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Ski run passes directly at the rear of the chalet. You can literally ski directly from the back door. You can either ski down to the Happy Valley Lodge where the Gondola ski lift takes you into the village centre or alternatively you can Ski down the Humming Bird ski run and take the Plaza lift to the village centre. From the chalet, the walk to the village centre is less than 5 minutes where all the facilities you need are available- shops/ ski hire//groceries/restaurants/internet cafe etc.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The village centre is within 5 mins walk where all the shops including groceries and off licence can be found. There is an excellent choice of restaurants ranging from SnowShoe Sams to a delicous Chinese gourmet.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
