It is strongly recommended that all visitors equip their vehicles for snow and ice (snow tires or chains). In times of heavy snowfall it may take some time before all the roads get plowed.
Also, don't forget to FILL UP YOUR GAS TANK before you leave for Big White. There are no gas stations at Big White Ski Resort. The last gas station before leaving Kelowna is a Super Save Station located in Black Mountain area which is just before heading up the hill out of the area. And the most certain area to get gas coming from the Osoyoos or Grand Forks area on Highway 33 is Rock Creek.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property & all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BODILY HARM TO GUESTS OR GUESTS OF GUESTS WHILE THEY ARE ON OUR PROPERTY OR AT ANY LOCATION IN BIG WHITE SKI RESORT. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
