• Kelowna International Airport is about 60 km (1 hour 15 minutes) away. There is a "Big White" Airport Shuttle Service available.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a wide selection of Golf Courses within less than an 1 hour drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski-out to the Ridge Rocket chair lift and ski-in from "Serwas" run.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A 15 minute walk to the Village (restaurants, shops) or a 5 minute drive.
• The drive to Okanagan Lake is about 55 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
