This is a ski in/ski out building with easy access to both the Bullet high speed quad chair and the Ridge Rocket high speed quad chair. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). There is a 3 minute walk to the nearest shopping or dining. • The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 4 years old. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
