View from the floor to ceiling living room and dining room windows overlooks the ski hill, new lift, Ridge Rocket Chair and Monashee moutains. Skiers are able to check the lift lineups before leaving the unit. Great view from the hot tub which is nestled amongst a tree grouping on one side to allow for some privacy as well.

True Ski in/Ski out. Easy ski access for children. Huge heated boot room entry allows for many occupants simultaneously and provides lots of storage. Keyless entry to suite and keypad access to heated garage provides access for all guests (no key hassles).
High vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room. Good selection of books, videos, DVD's and childrens' games. Paperback books can be traded from the book shelf. Both bathrooms are fully accessible to all guests. Washer and dryer in unit. Basic spices, condiments, first mornings coffee, linens, soaps and detergents are supplied.

• The Kelowna International Airport is a 50 minute drive from the unit.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55 minute drive away. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit is a true ski in - ski out. Ski out to the Ridge Rocket Express or Plaza Chair, and ski in from Serwas. View the Ridge Rocket lineups from living room window. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The walk to the center of the village (Restaurants, Shops,etc) takes about 20 min. along the newly lighted cat track. The drive is about 5 min. • The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
