Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
