Luxurious Unit - Ski In Ski Out - Great View - Great Location!! Top floor, corner unit with a fantastic view of the Christian Valley and Monashee Mountains. “Ski-out” to the Gondola, Plaza, Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost Express lifts; our access is terrific. “Ski-in” practically to our door, and wrap yourself in five-star luxury. Beautiful wood floors, heated slate entry and bathrooms, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, rock fireplace and en suite steam shower. When the lifts shut down the fun begins; hop on your toboggan and ride down the lighted trail to Happy Valley, take the Gondola up and do it again. Great fun for all. |

Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master Bedroom has separate entrance onto deck and hot tub. Double dresser and two bedside tables provide plenty of dresser space to completely unpack. Bed is made with down comforter and luxurious bed linens.
Bedroom
1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 1). Second bedroom has double bunk bed with single over top and single pull out trundle underneath. Beds are made with down comforters and luxurious bed linens. There is a four drawer dresser and bed side table so you can unpack and enjoy.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Down comforter and luxurious linens also provided.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Floor to ceiling windows capture the fantastic view of the Monashee Mountains, watch the skiers whiz by on the ski run or gently float by on the Gondola.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Bookings made more than 30 days in advance of arrival date: Renter has up to 48 hours from the date of booking to cancel without penalty. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival the 25% booking deposit is kept. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival the full rental amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance of arrival date: Renter has up to 24 hours from the date of booking to cancel without penalty. After the 24 hours, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made then all monies except the 25% booking deposit are refunded. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No housekeeping is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
