Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
