Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 18 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of $200/$150 will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No housekeeping is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
