More Information

Pets, that have been pre-approved by the condo owners, must not be allowed to urinate or defecate within 100 feet of the front entrance or the ski out rear exit door. Do-do must be removed by the pet owner.

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. A shuttle service is available from the airport.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 5 minute(s). From the door of the Legacy, you find yourself overlooking the Hummingbird Run with easy access (green) to three chair lifts--Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost Express and Plaza.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). From the Village Centre, ride Lara's Gondola to the Happy Valley where the outdoor skating rink and tubing park are located, as well as a fine dining restaurant and gift shop. Skate rentals are available.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Weather and Catastrophic Events - Refund/Credit Policies. There will be no refunds after the booking has been finalized for any reason. However, depending upon circumstances, the owners may consider a pro-rated time credit for the period that could not be used. Any credit must be exercised within two years. There will be no additional charges unless an upgrading to a Holiday period is requested. The owners are not responsible for weather conditions, catastrophic events, finding alternate lodging, or paying for financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
