• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The village is a 10 minute walk from Snow Pine Estates along a night lit pathway.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
A seperate cheque for the security deposit is preferred.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
