Noise levels strictly enforced and are subject to eviction without refund.
No groups or parties unless part of a family, no BW staff. Unit and building is family oriented. Minimum 25 years of age to rent.

Lockable ski/board racks located on "G" level of garage. Leaving skis overnight in racks not recommended especially during busy holiday times. Do not leave ski/board equipment in common hallways at any time due to water damage from melting snow.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). New Beautyrest pillow top mattress. Full closet, 2 night stands, bedside reading lights, 6 drawer dresser, small TV, window opens(no view), ceiling fan.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). All bedding provided.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 4.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 100% of damage deposit may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
