This three floor half-duplex constructed in 2001 was designed for two families or an extended family. There is a privacy door between the middle floor and lower suite. The lower suite is equipped with in-floor radiant heat. Family room and dining space in both the upper and lower floors. Four bedrooms are located on the middle floor. Ski in/ski out through the upper floor on Snow Pines Road, or lower floor along the Lower Snow Pines track. Village access is 15 minute walk along a lit pathway. No need for your car after you arrive!

Airport
There is a shuttle service to and from the airport, it is not a necessity to have a car up at Big White.
Shopping and Dining
There are many restaurants and bars in The Village at Big White. The drive to Kelowna is around 45 minutes, where there are numerous locations for dining. There is also a small grocery/liquor store in the Village. For well priced groceries, there is a Kelowna grocery store that will delivery groceries, with a minimum purchase of $100.
Attractions
The Mega Snow Coaster - snow tube ride, in Happy Valley. The skating Rink - in Happy Valley.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
There is a ski-in/ski-out pathway located on the lower road that takes 2-3 minutes to get to the lifts, or you can walk to the lifts in about 5-10 minutes.

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 250.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque.
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is due on arrival.

Check In/Out:
Check IN: 3:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM
Flexible times are possible upon request.
Children:
Children of all ages are allowed.
Groups:
Allow groups 25 years or older.
Contracting guest must reside and provide proof of age on arrival. Guests who do not adhere to this restriction will be evicted without recourse or refund.
Quiet Time:
There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).

Pets are not allowed.

Weekly Stay Rates

From the 5th day of January to the 4th day of February
  • Rent any 7 nights for 2,500.00 CAD based on 12 occupants
From the 5th day of February to the 21st day of March
  • Rent any 7 nights for 3,000.00 CAD based on 12 occupants
From the 22nd day of March to the 12th day of April
  • Rent any 7 nights for 2,500.00 CAD based on 12 occupants
