Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). 26" Flat screen TV. Bathroom has heated tile floor and steam shower. Double closet for storage. Sitting bench in window for reading or watching outside.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). 21" TV with DVD VCR and X BOX with many games.

Living Room

1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). Pull out couch. Air bed in the living room, air pump in bottom drawer of end table.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

There is a beautiful view of the Monoshee mountain range right outside your window. Enjoy the gondola as it travels by your window to the village. Big White puts the fireworks show on in front of South Point .

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Ski in ski out right at your door, no walking to the lifts, ski out your door to the gondola.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Happy Valley Day Lodge is a two minute walk from South Point.
• Nearby Attractions: Happy Valley Day Lodge, Gondola, Children's activities center, and the future golf course is right out your door.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
No smoking and no pets or a $1000 penalty will be enforced. CLEANING FEE OF $150. Dates are not considered confirmed until payment clears the bank

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of call for info.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
