The unit has a balcony on the sunny side of the building with a bench to sit and enjoy the sun at lunch or apres ski. The view is of the village centre and out over the valley.

Distances

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s).
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Wlak out the back door and down the road a 1/2 block to the ski run. You can either head over to the Bullet Chair or down to the Ridge and Plaza chairs through the village centre. Need to buy your lift pass? You can do this in the village - right there.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Ptarmigan Inn is in the heart of the Big White village. You can walk to the grocery and liquor store within 2 minutes. Need a video or a pizza for the kids - 2 minutes away. Want to try out one of the many village restaurants, all a 2 minute walk. Also 2 minute walk to the Gondola which will take you and the kids to the Mega Snowcoaster. Take the kids to enjoy a hot chocolate while sitting around the village firepit.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

Rent payment is flexible and can be worked out with the Owner. There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
