The 12' x 16' pool is jetted, heats to Hot Tub temps, and is chlorine-free! 1/2 is indoors & 1/2 outdoors: swimming under the glass accesses each area. Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The entire top floor is dedicated solely to the Master Suite. In concert with its unobstructed view of the Monashee Mountains, the Master Suite is both private and serene. Separated only by glass, the ensuite’s Air Bath overlooks the living room and captures the breath-taking views as well. Combined with its hot-spring effect created by heated air-bubble jets, the Master Suite is truly a retreat on its own. Additional amenities include: steam-shower for two; twin sinks, twin lighted mirrors; 26" LCD TV/DVD.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Each of the guest bedrooms have queen beds in the main areas and two twin beds in its own private loft. They each have their own private ensuites, and 26" LCD TV/DVDs as well.

This huge entertainment room is also a private bedroom that sleeps 8: 3 custom murphy beds, each with their own custom closet and drawers. The room also has a queen sleeper sofa. Also in this room is a 110" HDTV, and a well-equipped bar (which is as big as most kitchens). The bar has its own convection/microwave (Viking), mini-fridge (Viking), separate ice maker, dishwasher, double sink, and small appliances (coffee-maker, blender, and more).
Recreation Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This room houses the X-Box 360, which is played on its 26" LCD TV/DVD. A full bath (with 2-person shower) is shared with the Theatre Room.
Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Spectacular views from two 27 foot walls of floor-to-ceiling glass. Gas-jetted fireplace, with 12' hearth, and another 20' of heated seating, as a ledge that borders the perimeter of the 27 foot walls of glass. Guests in this area access the full bathroom (with huge 2-person shower) next to Laundry.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
