Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques All payments must be made and cleared prior to arrival. Email money transfer preferred. We reserve the right to request a security deposit of $250. If payment is being made in US funds, please be advised that the exchange rates may differ or may have changed between you issuing the cheque and us depositing it. Plus we are charged bank fees for depositing a US Cheque. Therefore, you will need to get a quote from us before you send the payment. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
