Location, Location, Location!

This unit has just been renovated, It is located on Perfection ski run.... no need to walk just step outside your door and ski. You can pop back in easily at anytime for a Hot Chocolate, Lunch forgotten items etc, etc. Very easy in/out. Walking to the village is a breeze taking only 4 or 5 minutes. Later on when it is time to chill you can have a Hot Tub, which is located just off the living room door, or tune in the 50" TV for some entertainment.

Perfection ski run is right there! Nice fully equipped kitchen! Cozy and comfy leather sofas! 50" Plasma Dining area.... also seating for 4 at the kitchen island 8 person Hot Tub (shared) off the family room door! 
Master is a queen Second bedroom is a queen Three is a double up and down bunk. Four is a single up and down bunk One of three washrooms There we are in the center of the photo right on the run!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
