Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
