View

Views of the Monashee mountains and the village are a beautiful sight from the private deck. It has a southern exposure which is often very sunny.

More Information

Please read the policy information page thoroughly before booking. It is strongly recommended that all visitors equip their vehicles for snow and ice (snow tires or chains). In times of heavy snowfall it may take some time before all the roads get plowed. Also, don't forget to FILL UP YOUR GAS TANK before you leave for Big White. There are no gas stations at Big White Ski Resort. The last gas station before leaving Kelowna is a Super Save Station located in Black Mountain area which is just before heading up the hill out of the area. And the most certain area to get gas coming from the Osoyoos or Grand Forks area on Highway 33 is Rock Creek.

Lift tickets may be purchased at the Ridge Day Lodge (located at the bottom of The Ridge Rocket Chair Lift).

A village transit system is also available at the resort plus the gondola transports passengers from the Village Centre to Happy Valley and back again from 8 am to 9 pm. Also located in the Day Lodge is fine dining or cafeteria style dining plus a games room. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Guest Authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their charge card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property & all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on the property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $25 per week (min).
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 8 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
