Large sliding patio doors open out onto terraces in front of the villa and beyond to these pleasant and shady grounds. This villa offers total calm and tranquillity and offers a haven for getting away from it all. However, should you feel the need to adventure further, this property is also perfectly situated for popping into Biot to soak up the French way of life or visiting the many attractions in this area being only a short drive from Cannes and Nice. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
