Situated on the fringe of and only 1.5km from the centre of the quaint and picturesque village of Biot, which offers cafes, markets and restaurants, this Provençal house is set in large, terraced and shady grounds amidst olive, cedar, palm, oak and weeping willow trees. The comfortable and modern furnished living area opens out via French doors onto a large terrace with outside furniture and a stone-built-in barbecue, and steps lead down to a large pool area with delightful countryside views. The bedrooms are furnished in a simple, rustic style and both open out onto separate terraces. This is an ideal holiday property for a small family and is well situated for exploring the many surrounding popular towns and only 20km from Nice airport. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
