50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of about 15 euros per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
