• The house is located 3 kilometers from the nearest beach and 7 kilometers from Antibes.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
