Property is NOT waterfront or within 30 minute drive of a lake, ocean or river. Ski/Board Out is a 5 minute walk to lift from the property. Ski/Board In is directly back to the property (no walking).
This unit is located next to the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Guests can ski home via the Home Run to the unit. To get to the lifts, guests can walk 5 minutes with their skis and boots on or the shuttle runs right in front of the unit every 5 minutes approximately, and can deliver you to the lifts in 1-2 minutes.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due on arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.

Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Guest pays a 50.00 fee if they check in after 9 pm.
Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependant on outgoing/incoming guests.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 9 Adults.
Hosting a function/party is not allowed.
Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
Proof of age may be required for all guests.
Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure

If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
