1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This studio apartment is on top of the garage and has two large windows with clear ocean views, a full kitchen, a queen-sized bed, a large TV and music system, a 12 foot bench and a full bath.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). A gracious master bedroom suite with a king sized bed, fireplace, and large TV with satellite. The full bathroom has a sunken tub with jacuzzi jets, a separate shower stall, a toilet, bidet and two sinks, all clad in attractive marble. There is an antique writing desk and a sofa, making it a little apartment of it's own. The entire length of the 600 square foot room is glassed in with sliding doors opening onto a large tiled terrace with awnings overlooking the Mediterranean and the pool below.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). A beautiful suite with a king-sized bed, fireplace, large TV, full bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a separate shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink. There is a full kitchen / dining area and a sofa. This great 550 square foot suite has a beautiful terrace with a large awning overlooking the ocean.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
All rooms in the house have ocean views.
20'x 15' swimming pool overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and is shared with three other units in this villa.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the Barcelona airport by the owner (from May to October) who speaks English, Spanish, German, Italian, French and his native language, Catalan. The owner is available upon request to escort you on day trips to the surrounding countryside including wineries and cafes in Spain and France. This home was built in 1994 and has an elevator.
• Barcelona airport is 45 miles away and the train station just 1 mile.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). PGA of Catalonia is 30 minutes away from the villa.Many other golf courses are near by.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The villa is located at Cala San Francisco (Blanes) just 64 kilometers (40 miles) north of Barcelona. Excellent train service and good roads put all of Spain's and Southern France's attractions within easy reach
• This villa is perched on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea The beach, Cala San Francisco, is one of the quietest and most secluded of the Costa Brava.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 60 days in advance). A security deposit of $500 is required.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
