1 King Bed. A beautiful suite with a king-sized bed, fireplace, large TV, full bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a separate shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink. There is a full kitchen / dining area and a sofa. This great 550 square foot suite has a beautiful terrace with a large awning overlooking the ocean.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
All rooms in the house have ocean views.
20'x 15' swimming pool overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and is shared with three other units in this villa.
Upon arrival, you will be greated at the Barcelona airport by the local Manager who speaks English and Spanish (from November to May) or by the owner who speaks English, Spanish, German, Italian, French and his native language, Catalan (from May to October). The owner is available upon request to escort you on day trips to the surrounding countryside including wineries and cafes in Spain and France. This home was built in 1994. The common living areas are also shared with the other units.
Unit 9319, 44357,44358 and 44359 are all in the same villa.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The villa is located at Cala San Francisco (Blanes) just 64 kilometers (40 miles) north of Barcelona. Excellent train service and good roads put all of Spain's and Southern France's attractions within easy reach

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 60 days in advance). A security deposit of $500 is required.
