Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the Barcelona airport by the owner (from May to October) who speaks English, Spanish, German, Italian, French and his native language, Catalan. The owner is available upon request to escort you on day trips to the surrounding countryside including wineries and cafes in Spain and France. This home was built in 1994 and has an elevator. Common living area is also shared with three other units.
Unit 9319, 44357,44358 and 44359 are all in the same villa. Unit ID 106923 is the rental of all four listings.

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 60 days in advance). A security deposit of $500 is required.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 15.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
