The lake is just steps away from the cottage, across a fairly quiet two lane road on a straight stretch of the road,easy to cross; down about 8 steps to the water/dock from the road. Row boat, picnic table, and fire pit on the beach. Dock and buoy for boat access/moorage
Ski/Board Out is a 45 minute transit/shuttle ride to runs from the property.
Skiing in Vernon and Kamloops area.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 250.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.
