Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
