Nearby Attractions: Beach surface is coarse sand. Property is located relatively close to the lake, however it is recommended to drive with all your beach gear, towels, cooler etc. There are marinas about 7-10 min drive away where you can rent boats for the day or week. Moorage may be available at these marinas if you wish to bring your own boat. Owner does not provide any boat moorage, or guarantee boat moorage availability at the marinas.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
