    This property is in a quiet country like neighborhood. The property itself is surrounded be huge cedar trees, which gives this family orientated home the privacy our clients crave. We do have a peek a boo view of Blind Bay on Shuswap Lake from the living room and upper deck. The beautiful mountains and forest are in the distance and surround the area.

    Air conditioned home, complimentary local wine. Laundry room with washer/dryer laundry soap, fabric softener, iron and ironing board. Book library, board games, air hockey and fusball. Bocci ball, crochet, Horseshoe pits with 2 love seats 2 chairs and a coffee table to watch the game, fire pit area with large wood picnic table, wooden loveseat swing, chairs and fire wood. 700 sq' deck off main house includes patio furniture( table with umbrella, 2 rocking chairs, 2 chairs and 2 lounger's), BBQ with propane. 600 sq'cement patio in the back with 2 loungers, table with umbrella and 4 chairs. Privacy deck nestled in the cedar trees with 1 love seat 2 chairs and a coffee table.

The Shuswap Lake Estates Golf & Country Club's superbly manicured 18 hole golf course offers a challenge for both the accomplished and casual golfer. The course can be viewed from the house and is a 3 minute walk. There are 10 golf courses within a one hour drive from the property.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Silver Star (Vernon). Sun Peaks (Kamloops). Larch Hills Cross Country (Salmon Arm).
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a strip mall located just behind the property. We are within 2 blocks of the Shuswap Lake Estates Golf and Country Club, which has a very fine dining room and a pub which also serves great food. Explore the many quaint restaurants around the bay located by the water. Salmon Arm is only 27 km. away and home of the famous De Mills Farm Market where you can purchase fresh fruits, vegetables and meats.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance - 15 minutes. A boat slip at Trapper's Landing is included in the weekly rate.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
