Enjoy the seclusion of this one acre property nestled among large aged cedar trees. The manicured grounds include several seating areas to enjoy with others or just relax by yourself and breathe in the fresh air. Yoga enthusiasts will love the tranquility the estate like yard can emit. Lovers can wrap themselves up in each others arms on the privacy deck. Families will enjoy watching their children play safely in the spacious yard, enjoy a hot tub, outdoor games, including horseshoes or a campfire at night. The cabin itself is very clean, decorated nicely, and well maintained.

This property is in a quiet country like neighborhood. The property itself is surrounded be huge cedar trees, which gives this cabin,the privacy our clients crave. We do have a peek a boo view of Blind Bay on Shuswap Lake from the yard. The beautiful mountains and forest are in the distance and surround the area.

• This cozy cabin is 20 minutes away from the airport in Salmon Arm, 1 hour from Kamloops and 2 hours from Kelowna.
Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Shuswap Lake Estates Golf & Country Club can be viewed from the house and is a 3 minute walk. There are 10 golf courses within a one hour drive from the property.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Silver Star (Vernon). Sun Peaks (Kamloops). Larch Hills Cross Country (Salmon Arm).
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a strip mall located just behind the property, and we are within 2 blocks of the Shuswap Lake Estates Golf and Country Club, which has a very fine dining room and a pub which also serves great food. Explore the many quaint restaurants around the bay located by the water.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance - 15 minutes. A boat slip at Trapper's Landing is included in the weekly rate.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
