This property is in a quiet country like neighborhood. The property itself is surrounded be huge cedar trees, which gives this cabin,the privacy our clients crave. We do have a peek a boo view of Blind Bay on Shuswap Lake from the yard. The beautiful mountains and forest are in the distance and surround the area.

• This cozy cabin is 20 minutes away from the airport in Salmon Arm, 1 hour from Kamloops and 2 hours from Kelowna.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Shuswap Lake Estates Golf & Country Club can be viewed from the house and is a 3 minute walk. There are 10 golf courses within a one hour drive from the property.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Silver Star (Vernon). Sun Peaks (Kamloops). Larch Hills Cross Country (Salmon Arm).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a strip mall located just behind the property, and we are within 2 blocks of the Shuswap Lake Estates Golf and Country Club, which has a very fine dining room and a pub which also serves great food. Explore the many quaint restaurants around the bay located by the water.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance - 15 minutes. A boat slip at Trapper's Landing is included in the weekly rate.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
