Outstanding Semi-Waterfront Condo on Shuswap Lake
From sunrise to sunset you will find the panorama magnificent, the recreation a treat, and the accommodation outstanding. The view from the patio and living room is the picturesque blue waters of Shuswap Lake with the Crowfoot and Angle Mountains as the backdrop. The Condo has all the comforts of home with the beach just steps away for you to enjoy! There is a dock and boat buoy for your use, a fire pit and picnic table on the beach and a fire pit and table next to the condo. |

Arrival Day
Unit DescriptionGuests may arrive on any day of the week.
Special Conditions
Upon departure, Unit must be in same condition as it was upon arrival (ie:clean). We allow 2 hours for cleaning following your departure so that you don't have to worry about cleaning before you leave. (Charges will apply if extra time needed.)

Large, open kitchen with oak cupboards, matching oak pedestal table and chairs.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautiful solid oak bedroom suite, 4 post bed. The 2 bedrooms are adjoined but because of the set-up you cannot see into the other room. Both rooms are very private! Linens and pillows are supplied.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Very comfortable pine bedroom suite. Adjoining rooms with divider available. Both rooms very private! Linens and pillows are supplied.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Linen and pillows are supplied for each bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash GST is included in our fees. If housekeeping (following your visit) requires more than 2 hours $50.00 will be deducted from your damage/security deposit. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
