Outstanding Semi-Waterfront Condo on Shuswap Lake
From sunrise to sunset you will find the panorama magnificent, the recreation a treat, and the accommodation outstanding. The view from the patio and living room is the picturesque blue waters of Shuswap Lake with the Crowfoot and Angle Mountains as the backdrop. The Condo has all the comforts of home with the beach just steps away for you to enjoy! There is a dock and boat buoy for your use, a fire pit and picnic table on the beach and a fire pit and table next to the condo.

    Master Bedroom
    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautiful solid oak bedroom suite, 4 post bed. The 2 bedrooms are adjoined but because of the set-up you cannot see into the other room. Both rooms are very private! Linens and pillows are supplied.

    • Kamloops Airport is just 1.5 hours away and Kelowna is 2 hours away.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). At Blind Bay (just 15 minutes away) is Shuswap Lake Estates Golf Course. Salmon Arm Golf Course is 2 miles south of Salmon Arm and is rated in the top 20 golf courses in B.C. Just 5 minutes to the East of the Condo is the Eagle's Realm Driving Range.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Sun Peaks in Kamloops and Silver Star Mountain in Vernon are just 1.5 hrs away. Cross country skiing can be enjoyed in the Larch Hills (Salmon Arm) where there are over 50 kms of track set trails along with 100 kms of back country trails and 2 warming cabins. During the summer months these trails become mountain biking and hiking trails. The Fly Hills, Hunter's Range and Crowfoot Mountains offer superb snowmobiling. Whitewater enthusiasts will want to have fun on the rapids of the Adams River.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a community grocery and liquor store at Eagle Bay, just 5 minutes East of the unit. In Blind Bay (15 minutes west) you will find the Blind Bay Country Market which is open 7 days/week and has fresh meats, produce, groceries, baked goods, video, and DVD rentals. Next to the market is H&V German Deli and Steamers Coffee Co. Also in Blind Bay is the Blind Bay Cafe and Marina. For regular shopping, banking and full community services Salmon Arm, Sorrento and Chase are within a half hour drive. Local award winning Larch Hills and Recline Ridge Wineries offer daily wine tasting tours. Crannog Ales, an organic brewery in Sorrento draws visitors and residents alike. The Salmon Arm Farmer's Market at the Picadilly Mall is on Tuesday and Friday mornings until noon and the Sorrento Farmer's Market is open Saturday mornings.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Beautiful Shuswap Lake is just steps away, across the road, from the Condo. There is a firepit and picnic table on the beach. The beach is pebble and rock. The beach is directly across the road from the condo. Private beach with a buoy and row boat for your use. There is a boat launch 5 minutes away and another 15 minutes away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    GST is included in our fees. If housekeeping (following your visit) requires more than 2 hours $50.00 will be deducted from your damage/security deposit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
