Private beach shared with your hosts and a few neighbors occasionally. Depending on the time of year; i.e. July 15-Aug. 15, the beach and lake can be very busy. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 18 years old.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
