    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    400 of the rent is required to complete a booking for 7 nights, 600 for 14 nights. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
