    • Kelowna Airport is within a 120 minute(s) drive.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Shuswap Estates Golf Course is 1-2 km away from the property. It is an easy walk, but if you are carrying golf clubs you may want to drive.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Sun Peaks ski hill is North of Kamloops and is over 1 hour away. Silver Star ski resort is a 1 hour drive away, and Big White in Kelowna is 2 hours away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Grocery shopping and unique shops are located 1 km away. Dining is located 2 km away at the Shuswap Estates Golf Course. Salmon Arm is located 20 minutes away and has a large variety of restaurants as well as shopping.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Property is located relatively close to the lake, however it is recommended to drive with all your beach gear, towels, cooler etc. There are more beaches you can drive to that are 20 minutes away. There are marinas close by the vacation property where you can rent boats for the day or week. Moorage may be available at these marinas if you wish to bring your own boat. Owners do not provide any boat moorage, or guarantee boat moorage availability at the marinas.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    50% of rent is required to complete booking (balance due 30 days in advance). If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, full refund less $100 admin fee. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your security/damage deposit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 35.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
