The apartment is only 80 meters from very safe white sandy beaches. You can watch your children playing on the beach and in the rock pools while sitting in the apartment. It must be one of the few apartments in the world where you can sit in the lounge or lie in bed and watch dolphins and whales (in season May to November).
The lounge/dining room and main bedroom have large windows that face the sea and offer spectacular views of Table Mountain, Robben Island, Table Bay, Durbanville wine route, African sunsets over the Atlantic ocean as well as Cape Town city lights at night.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
