More Information

Offered is a four bedroom (+ small 5th bedroom), four bath home with wonderful views of Grandfather Mountain. There are two master bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) each with private bath and king bed which makes this home ideal for two families that want to share or for one large family. Bedroom #3 upstairs offers a queen bed with adjacent bath. Bedroom #4 downstairs offers two double beds and an adjacent bath. There is also an optional 5th bedroom with a double bed in a converted kitchen. Included also are two port-a-cribs, one roll-away cot, and two high chairs for children. The house includes two wood burning fireplaces, a big screen TV, deck and hammock porch. Hound Ears Club is located off of Highway 105 south in Blowing Rock, North Carolina with quick access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Sugar Mountain, Boone, Banner Elk, Linville, Grandfather Mountain and exquisite dining, hiking, shopping, Tweetsie Theme Park and more.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
