    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, likely refunded. Discuss w Owner within 24 hr grace period.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
