Balcony with table & chairs faces west with direct expansive views of the intracoastal waterway. View is also great from the living area of the condo.
Rental includes use of nearby swimming pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse with pool table, business center, tennis courts, and gym.
• 30 mins from West Palm Beach airport and Fort Lauderdale airport and 45 mins to Miami airport.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Oceanfront Golf course is just a 1 minute drive from unit.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Palm Plaza which offers shops, salons, spas, cozy bistros and Mizner Park (www.miznerpark.org) which offers fine restaurants, shops, a movie theater, galleries, and the Boca Raton Museum are both 7 blocks away. There are 4 restaurants and a few shops that are just 2 blocks away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk to the ocean is less than 3 blocks. There is a park, gazebos, restrooms and a playground on the beach. The beautiful blue Atlantic ocean is a short 3 block walk.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 75) are refunded - less than 60, no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
