Ground floor - A spacious sitting room with a delightful mix of antique and contemporary pieces, sofas, a fireplace and under floor heating. There is a separate dining area that seats 8 to 10 people. 2 doors lead from here, one has a pool view, the other the courtyard view. First floor - A wooden staircase leads to another living room with sofas and a fireplace, this houses the office area with a balcony (15 m2) which overlooks the pool. 2 windows offer views of the courtyard below.
