Ground floor - Pool view and courtyard view. The balconies from these rooms offer beautiful valley views. First floor - Overlooks the pool. 2 windows offer views of the courtyard below.
Partial Lower Floor - Here you will find a kitchen, a small supply room, a WC and a wine cellar. A door from the kitchen provides access to a partially covered patio. Ground floor - A spacious sitting room with a delightful mix of antique and contemporary pieces, sofas, a fireplace and under floor heating. There is a separate dining area that seats 8 to 10 people. 2 doors lead from here, one has a pool view, the other the courtyard view. First floor - A wooden staircase leads to another living room with sofas and a fireplace, this houses the office area with a balcony (15 m2) which overlooks the pool. 2 windows offer views of the courtyard below.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
