It is fully air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. The lounge is spacious with comfy seating, satellite TV + DVD and a log burning fireplace for the cooler winter evenings. Sliding doors in the lounge open out to the terrace where you will find a brick BBQ.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
