A bustling marina and port with ferries to Kos, night life to suit all tastes, a large Castle, beaches, water sports, sailing etc Additional to Bodrum are many other smaller towns and villages with long sandy beaches and crystal clear waters for swimming & water sports, seaside restaurants, cafés and bars. Many with their own historic sites and points of interest. There are regular minibus services between Bodrum centre and the villages on the peninsula.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
The given prices are standard weekly rates . As a extra cost, 55 GBP cleaning/ per arrival & 5 GBP laundry per person is required. Included in the price is all bed linen, hand and face towels, electric and water charges, the use of all the pools on the complex and free use of the gym, tennis and mini golf facilities.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 55.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
