30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 5 EUR daily.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
