    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small supermarket located nearby where you can buy provisions. There are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
    • Stunning views of the Aegean Sea and Greek Islands. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There you will find beach loungers, parasols, changing rooms, showers and toilets. There is a small bar for beer and soft drinks available from 1 June to 30 September inclusive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
