• The airport (Bodrum Milas BJV) is only 30 minutes away by car. A number of UK and international flights fly direct to here. Should you wish, the owner can help you find competitively priced flights. Airport transfers and car hire can also be arranged at the cheapest prices on the Peninsula. • Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are golf courses in the area.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The mountains in the area provide skiing options.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The GUNDOGAN village remains very Turkish and traditional. There is a handful of shops, two internet cafes and a selection of restaurants and bars. Many of these are directly on the seafront or built on jetties into the sea. Seafood is a speciality but there are many small Turkish restaurants serving Turkish dishes. There are at least 3 pharmacies selling over the counter medicines and also a doctor and dentist nearby. There is a post office which offers cheap international phone calls and many telephone booths.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The Gundogan Village Beach is less than 5 minutes by driving and offers a number of restaurants and shopping nearby. There are also Minibus (Dolmus) services for transportation near the Villa to the Gundogan Beach for less than 1 GBP per person one way.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 50 GBP per pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Security dep of 150 GBP will be refunded in full. may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
