The villa is situated on the south side of town, overlooking the town of Bodrum and the bay.

We can arrange car rentals, boat tours, daily excursions, turkish bath, etc. for you.
• Bodrum/Milas airport is only 30 minutes away. Transportation to and from the Airport can be provided for an extra charge.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ocean front dining and shopping is only minutes away. The neighborhood has a market that delivers fresh bread, milk, etc. to the villa.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The waterfront with a beach, restaurants and bars is within 10 minutes walking distance. There are many beautiful beaches on the Bodrum Peninsula that can be reached by car or bus. There is a small beach within 2 minutes walking distance from the Aloha Villa.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
For your convenience we have Bank accounts in the USA, Germany and Turkey for direct deposits.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of $ 100 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
